REGISTRATION - PART 1

This form registers your camper through the Village website. Once completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

The confirmation email contains a link for you to follow to complete on the Alto Frio website.

Your registration is not complete until both forms are completed.

All payments are to be made by cash or check to the Village Parkway Baptist Church office.

I hereby authorize Village Parkway Baptist Church volunteers and staff to transport my child/children in their personal vehicles to and from Alto Frio Baptist Encampment. If necessary I also authorize Village Parkway Baptist Church volunteers and staff to administer and consent to necessary medical treatment for my child/children in the event of an emergency. My decision to allow my child/children to attend this event is a voluntary decision. Neither I nor members of my family will hold the church liable for any adverse conditions arising from any good faith efforts taken to protect me or my family's health and well-being related to this event.
